About DogLife360 Shop

A new, independent website for dog lovers - rich with information, trustworthy advice, and a shop for everyday necessities, treats, gifts and services to make life for dog owners a little easier. DogLife360 is set to be the UK’s No. 1 digital lifestyle platform for anyone who has a dog, is a dog lover, or is interested in getting a dog.

Delivery Information & Charges

Each vendor is an independent business dispatching from their own premises, which therefore means they will all have their own delivery charges, and these fees will be added to your basket at checkout. If you order from more than one seller, your items may be delivered at different times depending on how quick the sellers could dispatch.

There are three types of delivery that may be available to you:

Standard delivery: Orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 working days.

Express delivery: Orders are expected to arrive within 1-3 working days.

Next day delivery: Orders are dispatched on the day of ordering and are expected to arrive the following day.

Payment

All transactions are handled by Stripe (a secure and trusted payment gateway), enabling you to use a wide range of credit and debit cards for your purchases. For more details on Stripe’s privacy policy, please click here.

 

How is my order confirmed?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from DogLife360 detailing the products purchased. If you elect to do so at checkout, you will receive an email from the individual seller confirming dispatch.

 

I’ve entered my details incorrectly for my order, what should I do?

Cancellations

If, shortly after placing your order you decide to cancel, you need to contact the Support team as soon as possible by emailing: support@showshoppa.com. If your order has been made/dispatched, please refer to our returns process.

 

Where’s My Order?

If you elect to be notified of dispatch at checkout, when your order has been fulfilled by each individual seller, you will be updated by email when your item/s are dispatched.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the support team at support@showshoppa.com with your order number, and reason for wanting to return the item/s as soon as possible.
